Main Ingredients
The
ingredients of M&S Seasoning Powder Flavours are mainly natural in
origin; no mono-sodium-glutamate (MSG) is added. They are natural meaty
extract, hydrolysed vegetable protein, yeast extract powder, spice oleoresin
and powder, and vegetable powder; adsorbed onto a combination of dried
yeast powder, malto-dextrin, glucose, starch and salt as carrier. Anti-caking
agent silicon dioxide is added at 1-2%. The above are foods as such, and/or
natural food ingredients being classified as GRAS (Generally Recognised
As Safe) in FDA of USA Regulation.
Application
M&S
Seasoning Powder Flavours are designed for a wide range of savoury and
meaty products, to contribute unique and strong aroma. They are basically
stable in heat treatment.

Potato Chips Dusting Powder
Any
M&S Seasoning Powder Flavours can be diluted with a combination
of salt, sugar, MSG (mono-sodium-glutamate) and starch (corn or tapioca)
to form snack dusting powder for direct spraying onto this type of
freshly fried snacks. The aroma of the flavours is so strong that
4 to 10 times dilution is recommended. We hereby recommend two typical
recipes of snack dusting powders for reference.

Snacks
The above dusting powders (for potato chips) can be applied to
roasted peas, fried peanuts, beans and nuts for snacks.

Savoury
Biscuits
We recommend
to apply 0.5-1.0% M&S Seasoning Powder Flavours directly onto
the biscuit surface as soon as the goods come out of the oven. The
flavours can be diluted by powderized MSG, salt and glucose at any
appropriate proportion. As for biscuit dough, we strongly recommend
to incorporate about 0.2% M&S Excelroma for mouth-feel body.

Dilute
the M&S seasoning Powders 10 to 20 times, and apply to corn curl
or puff 100-200%.

- Soup Powder
They can be used in two different ways:

As
main flavour ingredient -
Blend with salt and pepper (white or black) at 5:4:1 to make soup
powder. The hot soup can be made by adding 1.0 �V 1.5% soup powder
to hot boiling water. There will be little sediment occur due
to the insoluble dried yeast powder.

As
soup flavour delicacy �V
To any soup powder, add 1.0 �V 5.0% of any M&S Seasoning Powder
Flavour. A unique aroma or top note of prepared soup will be attained,
forming so-called "chef's soup secret recipe".

Sauce and Gravy
A dosage
of 0.5 �V 2.0% is adequate to your own sauce/gravy formulation, to upgrade
the product to sophiscated tasting level. Once adopted by restaurants
(like fried chicken chain), your sauce may become the secret recipe
of chef��s production.
- Meaty Products
For various
type of sausages, meat loaves, fabricated or imitation meats, use 0.2
�V 1.5%.
