Excelroma Powder


The Excelroma Powder range consists of savoury flavour series in powder form. They are developed to meet the demand of the food industry for consistent and specific flavour profiles. Their main ingredients are natural yeast extract, polypeptides, natural meaty extract amino acids and nucleotides. They are standardized to consistent quality.

They are specifically designed for soup powder sachets used with instant noodles or ramen. They can also be used in various sectors of the food industry (e.g. sauces, convenience foods, bakery products and snacks) for enhancing flavour and nutritional value generally at a low dosage.


Characteristics

  1. Unique Flavour
    Special meaty flavour profile quite different from HVP having sharp and dry note; very strong savoury flavour to give you mouth feel and long lasting taste due to the presence of highly concentrated natural meaty flavouring substances; basically utilized in formulating strong savoury aroma of flavour such as oyster sauce and soy sauce.

  2. Flavour Enhancer
    Contains nucleic acid and glutamic acid to booster the end product effectively by synergistic effect with MSG to enhance savoury or meaty flavours in foods. Unlike MSG, it is heat stable without "dry throat". They are required in comparatively lower quantities.

  3. Economic Flavouring Cost
    Low prices of Excelroma meaty items; low dosage level in foods.


Excelroma Range

Excelroma Meat EP-6803:
A porky type, act as an addition in product to improve the porky savour.
Excelroma Chicken EP-6804:
Prominent aroma of chicken, apply to enhancing flavour generally at a low dosage.
Excelroma Beef EP-6805:
Has a beef style in the range, helps to promote the flavour and improve mouth feel.

Storage Recommendation & Shelf-life

Keep sealed in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. The ideal storage condition is: Temperature ��20�J and Relative humidity ��60%. The product will remain in optimum condition for 24 months.
